We want to make buyers’ lives easier and avoid restricting them. This is to give to you some information summarizing out Business Terms and Conditions that you should know. The full version of our Business Terms and Conditions are enclosed to every purchase transaction realized, and moreover, you can ask for them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Business Terms and Conditions are governed by the provision of Section 1751, paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and determine the mutual rights between the Seller and the Buyer who is purchasing goods via e-shop www.napadlome.com.

Price of Goods and Payment Terms
The price of goods includes VAT and all related fees. You can pay for the goods and all possible costs related to the goods delivery according to the purchase contract in the following manners:
- In cash in the Seller’s office at Úprková 724, Prague 9 – Klánovice
- Cash on delivery at the place that the Buyer specifies in his/her purchase order
- By a cashless transfer into our account no. 2112619616/2700, kept by UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia a.s.
Guarantee and Complaints
We provide guarantee of 24 months. It applies to defects that originate during the production, transport or due to unprofessional installation carried out by our workers. Our products are produced from natural materials and might differ from those that you can see at our website (e.g. in terms of colour), which does not need to be a defect of material. If you damage a product yourself, we will not accept your complaint.
Withdrawal from Purchase Contract
According to the Civil Code, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days following the day that you accept the goods. You can send your notice of withdrawal to us by email at email@example.com. If the goods are undamaged and complete, we will send your money back into your bank account.
All our products are custom-made. As soon as we receive your purchase order, we will contact you by email or phone. We will inform you of the time of production, send to you a draft purchase contract including the full version of the Business Terms and Conditions, etc. We don’t deal with mass production; therefore don’t hesitate and ask about a possible change in the material, size, etc. If it is possible, we will be happy to meet your requirements.
Information on costs related to packaging and delivery of goods that is specified at our website only applies if the goods are delivered within the Czech Republic. In case of deliveries to other EU countries we charge a fixed dispatch fee of 20 Euros; in case of deliveries beyond EU countries the price of delivery is individual and will be specified by phone or email.
